Healthcare · Multi-site UK

01

Multi-site healthcare group

Situation
A multi-entity healthcare business preparing to refinance after a period of operational change.
Challenge
Reporting was inconsistent across entities and the existing forecast would not stand up to lender diligence.
What we did
Built an integrated group model, a consolidated reporting structure, a 13-week cash forecast and the lender financial pack.
Outcome
Management entered the refinancing with one consistent model and one reporting framework instead of several disconnected sets of numbers.

Industrial · Project finance

02

Five-site production platform

Situation
An owner-operated industrial platform raising project finance across five sites at different stages of build.
Challenge
Each site was forecast separately, so the group view changed depending on which spreadsheet was opened.
What we did
Rebuilt the forecast as one driver-based model with site-level phasing, funding requirement and returns analysis, then built the lender pack around it.
Outcome
One funding requirement, defensible site by site, and a diligence process that ran without the numbers being restated.

Consumer · Venture-backed

03

Venture-backed consumer brand

Situation
A growing consumer brand going out for a priced equity round.
Challenge
The model, the deck and the historic accounts told three different stories about gross margin.
What we did
Rebuilt the model from unit economics, ran the valuation off it, rewrote the deck and executive summary to match, and prepared the data room and Q&A pack.
Outcome
Materials that reconciled line for line, and an investor process where the finance questions were answered in advance rather than in the meeting.
What these have in common

One set of numbers, defensible line by line.

In each case the work was not new analysis on top of old reporting. It was rebuilding the base so the model, the pack and the story finally agreed — then taking that into the room.

Thirty minutes. No pitch. Your situation, and what we would do about it.

If we are a fit, we will say so. If we are not, you will hear that too, and where to look instead. Either way you leave with a clearer picture of what good finance looks like for your business.
